Shipping Information
In addition to it being quick, easy and safe to shop with Bo's Tit Bits, we know that it is really important to get your order safely delivered to your doorstep.
Any order for delivery within the UK carries a flat rate charge of £5.00. The order is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm. Please note that delivery will be Monday to Friday and that every order requires a signature on receipt so please make sure the address you give has someone available to sign for the parcel.
Orders that are for delivery outside of the UK, will only be sent via UPS. Our website links in with the UPS website so the cost of delivery will be calculated accurately with regard to weight and destination. Prior to completing your purchase you will be made aware of these exact costs.
There are generally 2 levels of service Bo's Tit Bits offers from UPS, Standard / Expedited and Saver. UPS Standard to a European destination takes between 2 and 4 days and Saver will take a couple more days. Expedited to the Rest of the World takes between 4 and 7 days dependant on destination and Saver, again will take a few more. It is very difficult to be more specific with these time scales due to the number of possible destinations there are. If you would like a precise delivery date or require an increased level of service, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that this does not include any Customs Charges the order may be subject to.
Delivery Address
Due to our compliance to the new standards in Internet fraud protection it is our policy to only delivery orders to the registered card holders address.
Delivery VAT Charges
Delivery within the EC (European Community) is subject to VAT charged at 17.5%.
Important Information for International Customers
Any orders that are shipped outside of the EC (European Community) may incur additional charges due to import taxes & duties by particular countries customs. We do not have any control over any additional charges which may occur and therefore we will not be responsible for paying or contributing to any additional charges which may occur due to import taxes & duties.
We advise all International customers that all purchases will be completed in GBP (UK Pounds (£) Sterling). All International customers should check with their card issuing company the daily exchange rate before placing any orders. Although we monitor and update currency exchange rates on a daily basis different card companies may charge different rates for foreign currency purchase. We will not be responsible for paying or contributing to any additional charges which your card issuing company may charge you.
