1. When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
2. Whilst we endeavor to only show items on the website that we are able to readily manufacture and supply, goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may incur if we do not supply goods.
3. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated, usually within 10 working days, but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of goods unless caused by our negligence.
4. All images, titles, descriptive text, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Whilst we endeavor to show an accurate colour image, you are advised that there may be variations in colour between the actual goods you receive and the image that you see on your monitor.
5. Products shown are not to scale. Some items have been enlarged to show greater detail.
6. We will ensure that the price of all goods and services we are offering are clear and easily found. This means we will show the actual price clearly and there will be no hidden extras. Tax and a postage/delivery charge will be clearly indicated on the order form and we will show the total price you pay before you confirm the order.
7. We always try to make sure that the prices on this website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details that you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the items in that order will be refunded in full.
8. Prices are quoted on this website in UK pounds - outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the appropriate exchange rate but you may use the 'currency converter' on this site to estimate the price in other currencies. Please note that the 'currency converter' is only a guide and may not accurately reflect current exchange rates. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds and that the owners, directors and all concerned with the administration of this website cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
9. All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
10. All payments for products will be taken prior to goods being shipped.
11. Should delivery be delayed, you have the right to contact us and cancel your order. In this case we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. In the event that the goods have been dispatched you will be responsible for delivery to our premises.
12. Once we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.
13. If goods arrive faulty or are damaged you must inform us by email within 24 hours. You accept that failure to do so within the time frame stated removes our obligation to offer you any form of refund or exchange.
14. If however you purchase any goods that you are not happy with, you have the right to return them for a full refund within 7 days. You are responsible for the cost of delivery to our premises.
15. Returned goods must be in an unused re-saleable condition.
16. All brand names, logos, trademarks and company names shown on this website are acknowledged as being the property of their respective holders or owners.
17. We reserve the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty. In the event of termination we shall refund to you all sums paid by you to us.
18. Complaints: It is in our interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur.
    We will personally deal with all complaints as soon as possible, acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and keeping you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure. If you have a complaint, please don't hesitate to contact us.
