Returns Policy

We are very strong believers in customer satisfaction. All purchases are processed with full and extensive care in an effort to ensure that our customer's needs are met. Once we receive an order, it is passed through administration, quality control and then despatch.
In most cases our customers are satisfied with their purchases but if you are not entirely satisfied with your order please follow the conditions of return as outlined below:

 

"Cooling Off" Period
As your purchase will have been made through distance selling methods (i.e. via the Internet, mail order or by telephone or fax), you are entitled by law to cancel the order within seven days after receiving the goods. This is known as a 'cooling off' period.
Certain products and services are excluded from this returns policy, including products worn agains the skin (e.g. Nipple Covers, Tassels, Smerkins etc), personalised products or those made to order. These items cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
Should you decide to take advantage of the 'cooling off' period to return items then we are not liable for the cost of your postage or any additional costs that you may incur.
Please Note - All items must be returned back to us in the original condition as they were sent out to you. This must include any dust bags, tags, labels, serial number cards, authentication cards and presentation boxes that came with the item. We will not accept any returned items with any of the above missing. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled or misused in anyway. This also applies to returned items which have any odours such as from cigarettes, cigars, perfumes, fragrances, food, dampness, etc.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and items will be promptly sent back to you the buyer if any one of the above occurs.

 

Damaged Goods
If a Product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate. In the case of damaged goods it is absolutely mandatory that you contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage providing that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
After you have been in receipt of goods for more than 7 days we are under no obligation to provide refunds. However certain items may be covered under the manufactures warranty and in such case any claim for refund or replacement will be handled and governed by such manufacturer's warranties.

Returning Goods
If the above conditions are satisfied then please follow the procedure below for returning goods:
1. Ensure that your returned items are complete and include all original packaging, labels, tags etc.
2. Ensure that your returned items are packed in a container that is as suitable as the one that you received the goods in.
3. In the case of damaged items please include a note identifying the particular flaw or damage.
4. Also with damaged items please include proof of postage cost.
5. In the case of 7 day returns please indicate your dissatisfaction with the items so that we can improve our service.
6. When returning goods please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and

You will be responsible for the returned Products until they reach us.
